3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Full payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other electronic methods.
All sales are final, and refunds are offered at the studio’s discretion only.
